Man is a creature with 3 parts – body, soul and spirit.
The body is the visible part and is connected to the external world and to his own soul via the 5 senses.
The soul is that part of man that contains the cognitive and the emotions.
The spirit is that part that is connected to the spiritual world and is unique to man as the only visible living being who is conscious of God and worship Him. In the spirit, dwell the conscience, the memories, and the WILL.
The Will decide the fate of man. Since Adam’s original Sin, the Will is corrupted. Man, in this state is not able to see reality and the TRUTH. Only through Redemption by Christ, can Man be redeemed and be SET FREE.
When man is free, he can then answer the questions: “Who am I?”, “Why am I here?”, “Where am I going?”, “What am I to do now?”, “How am I to do now?”.
